Description:

Empower me Together delivers creative trauma informed workshops using dance, art, drama, poetry/ spoken word to explore emotions and promote self-confidence and healing.
To Support the day to day planning, delivery and administration of Empower me Togethers trauma informed creative programmes. The Project Coordinator will play a key role in managing logistics, monitoring impact and support the delivery team.
Tasks:
Coordinate delivery schedule and logistics for all creative workshops and showcases.
Liaise with venues, facilitators, volunteers and participants to ensure smooth delivery.
Maintain accurate records, referral forms, registers and evaluation data.
Managing programme communication including confirmation emails and newsletters.
Support recruitment of staff and volunteers, arranging interviews and onboarding paperwork.
Attend delivery sessions where needed to support facilitators and capture progress.
Contribute to social media or content collection with consent photos/stories if appropriate.
