Typical Tasks You Might Support With
• Responding to emails and messages from parents and volunteers
• Updating our newsletter and keeping schedules organised
• Logging attendance and helping with simple reporting (we’ll guide you!)
• Keeping contact details accurate and up to date
• Preparing documents and forms for sessions or events
• Organising digital files for easy access
• Assisting the team with other light admin tasks as needed

• You’re comfortable using a computer (Word, Excel, or Google Docs/Sheets)
• You’re happy to learn — we’ll support you every step of the way
• You can work independently and manage your time well
