This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being organised and helping others behind the scenes. You’ll be supporting a small, friendly team that’s making a big difference in the lives of young people and families and your contribution will be hugely appreciated. It’s also a brilliant way to build your confidence, develop useful admin and communication skills, and be part of something meaningful.
Typical Tasks You Might Support With
• Responding to emails and messages from parents and volunteers
• Updating our newsletter and keeping schedules organised
• Logging attendance and helping with simple reporting (we’ll guide you!)
• Keeping contact details accurate and up to date
• Preparing documents and forms for sessions or events
• Organising digital files for easy access
• Assisting the team with other light admin tasks as needed
