Greater Manchester Wellbeing Run & Walk (5.5km run and 2km walk)
City Wellbeing Series : Home

Greater Manchester Wellbeing Series is a city-wide initiative focused on workforce wellbeing across Greater Manchester, built around two pillar events(running, walking, meditation and mindfulness) and designed to support our mission of Workforce Wellbeing for All; inclusive for all abilities, all Boroughs and all backgrounds.

We're looking for volunteers to support our Wellbeing Run & Walk at Heaton Park in May.
Volunteering roles will involve;
- Welcoming participants
- Handing out resources and information
- Stewarding key areas
- Marshalling points across the route
- Supporting the setup and pack down of the event

Times
Pre-event: Online briefing and briefing documents to read in advance - date tbc
On the day - 21st May: 3pm - 8:30pm

Our goal is simple. To help build healthier teams and stronger organisations. Bring workforce teams together in a shared experience to boost morale, improve mental resilience and foster powerful connections. Running / Walking / Meditation / Mindfulness - the simplest , most accessible, lowest cost tools at all our disposal to support positive mental wellbeing.
