The Salford CVS team have been out across Salford visiting Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise sector organisations and groups, seeing how the Salford centenary is being celebrated. We took with us a message from our City Mayor Paul Dennett along with a Salford 100 sign for organisations to display.
We have been to RHS Bridgewater, Little Hulton Skills Centre, Mustard Tree, Langworthy Cornerstone and The Lowry to name a few. We also attended the Civic lawn lunchtime celebration. We’re blown away by the response from the Salford community as we celebrate 100 years of #Salford! We’ll be visiting organisations and events throughout the day, come and say hello.
