Salford CVS’s Role
Salford CVS is providing independent support to help set up the neighbourhood Boards in both Pendleton and Brookhouse and Peel Green.
We are working alongside Salford City Council to:
• Recruit an independent Chair and Board Members
• Support the Boards
• Make sure local residents, community groups and people who work in the area are included and represented
• Help create an open, fair and welcoming process so everyone has the chance to get involved
Our role is to make sure the Boards truly reflect the communities they serve and that local voices are at the heart of every decision.
